Magnolia Plantation is a 24 Hour Guard-Gated Master Planned Commnity located off the coveted Markham Woods Road, just East of Heathrow Woods and opposite Heathrow.

The neighborhood has been built out of the Wekiva Forest and it shows. The developer has kept quite a nature trail as to give it a rustic and welcoming look.  Lots are generally 1/2 to 1.5 acres and prove to be a great value proposition for comparable price points with other adjacent neighborhoods
